The Residence Club at El Corazon de Santa Fe

CHALLENGE: Although one of the most popular vacation destinations in the United States, Santa Fe did not have its own private residence club until The Residence Club at El Corazon de Santa Fe opened in 2005. Part of a whole ownership development, the developer had to differentiate the residence club, and market it successfully knowing that traditional real estate marketing tactics would not work.
SOLUTION: DEA created an entire re-branding campaign to differentiate the residence club from the whole-ownership portion of the development and launched integrated direct mail and advertising campaigns using many of the tactics that have been so successful for some of our other clients—but customizing the materials to suit the Club's brand and the needs and desires of its identified target markets.
RESULTS: With an exclusive downtown location, the Club has enjoyed great success. DEA's integrated adversiting and direct mail campaigns have generated, literally, thousands of leads to date—and an impressive number of sales.
